Mr. Gomberg was very respectful, honest, and patient throughout this entire process. Once he ascertained our specific needs he took the initiative to show us various properties. From the first day that we met Fred we had a good feeling about his experience with real estate , We have bought homes before but never sold one, and BOY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE !!!! From showing us how to stage our home to sell , to having 4 Open Houses and multi showings , we sold our home in about 2 months. We bought a home in Florida over a year ago and my husband has worked for 40 yrs for the railroad ,and one day he came to me and said "What are we waiting for ?" Lets sell the house here and just go !!!! Fred has been wonderful , from coming to our home to sign paper work that I couldn't down load because my computer was down , to loving our dog Murphy that just sits there and barks at him the whole time he is here because he wants him to love him up ... It is our immense pleasure to recommend Fred Gomberg as a real estate agent for any individual or family searching for the ideal home for their unique situation. We were comfortable in our small two-bedrooms condo, but once our daughter became toddler with lots of toys it was small for us. She needed a safe outdoor space. We needed a larger home with a yard and fast! Fred had an initial meeting with us and took diligent notes regarding our specific needs in a single family home as well as our budgetary limitations. He quickly found us a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. He did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. Fred was an outstanding agent for me. He helped me sell my father's house after he had passed. I was out of state and over 5 hours away. Fred not only handled all the marketing of my father's house, but also went above and beyond and took the lead on getting it cleaned out and ready for sale, which I was not able to do effectively. Fred was knowledgeable throughout the entire process and very transparent with me on how various leads were progressing. In the end, I was able to sell the house on my desired timeline at a better price than I thought I was going to be able to get. We had a tremendously complicated home purchase. It was a foreclosed, reverse mortgage, farm, and an "as is" estate sale. I don't know how that's even possible; but that was our reality. Fred was a trooper from the beginning. Not only was he vastly knowledgable and motivated, he also made us feel as if we were his only client. Fred's dedication to his profession allowed us to finally purchase our dream home. Lastly, the after the sale care is wonderful. Fred Gomberg was the sellers realtor who then became our realtor as well, serving the role of Dual Agent. We met him at an open house and he helped us put together a competitive offer and guided us through the process very professionally. We were so excited to learn that our offer had been accepted and it was all thanks to his guidance. Throughout the home buying process he kept the lines of communication wide open. He communicated effectively with both us and the sellers. He was very accommodating with scheduling inspections and revisiting the property with family who hadn't seen it as of yet. After inspection we needed to negotiate a sellers credit which our attorneys had failed to come to an agreement, but with Fred's help, we mitigated the issue and managed to negotiate the request with ease. I highly recommend Fred as a realtor to any Buyer or Seller. During Closing the sellers were present and couldn't stop thanking him as we did. He is caring and sincere, he demonstrates good moral character and is a pleasure to work with. He even took pictures of us in front of our new home with the Sold sign and my kids had a huge smile it was priceless. He then developed the pictures and provided us with very nice copies to keep as a memory. I cant say it enough this was by far the best experience we have had in real estate.
