We had a tremendously complicated home purchase. It was a foreclosed, reverse mortgage, farm, and an "as is" estate sale. I don't know how that's even possible; but that was our reality. Fred was a trooper from the beginning. Not only was he vastly knowledgable and motivated, he also made us feel as if we were his only client. We met him at an open house and he helped us put together a competitive offer and guided us through the process very professionally. We were so excited to learn that our offer had been accepted and it was all thanks to his guidance. Throughout the home buying process he kept the lines of communication wide open. He communicated effectively with both us and the sellers. He was very accommodating with scheduling inspections and revisiting the property with family who hadn't seen it as of yet. After inspection we needed to negotiate a sellers credit which our attorneys had failed to come to an agreement, but with Fred's help, we mitigated the issue and managed to negotiate the request with ease. I highly recommend Fred as a realtor to any Buyer or Seller. During Closing the sellers were present and couldn't stop thanking him as we did. He is caring and sincere, he demonstrates good moral character and is a pleasure to work with. He even took pictures of us in front of our new home with the Sold sign and my kids had a huge smile it was priceless. He then developed the pictures and provided us with very nice copies to keep as a memory. I cant say it enough this was by far the best experience we have had in real estate.
